Refund Eligibility

We understand that technical issues may occasionally affect your viewing experience. If we are unable to resolve your issue within 48 hours, we will issue a full refund for any purchases made within 72 hours of your original transaction.

For purchases made beyond the 72-hour window, refunds will be prorated based on the subscription duration already used.


Refund Exceptions

We offer a trial subscription to help you make an informed decision. As such, refunds will not be granted for the following reasons:

  • Dissatisfaction with channel lineup or performance

  • Issues during device setup (our support team is available to assist with setup)

  • Problems outside our control, such as:

    • Internet connectivity issues

    • Server maintenance interruptions

That said, we are committed to resolving any service-related issues to ensure you have the best possible experience.


How to Submit a Refund Request

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email.

  2. Include your transaction order ID in the subject line, titled:
    “Refund Request”

  3. In the body of your message, provide:

    • A detailed description of the issue

    • The reason for your refund request
